چکیده
Introduction: Variation in tooth morphology widely influences the achievement of optimum esthetics and stable occlusal relationship. This study was conducted to compare collum angle labial crown root angles class I, II division 2 malocclusions, using cephalometric radiographs, find a correlation between these angles. Methods: cross-sectional from March 2018 January 2021 among patients visiting department Orthodontics at Gandaki Medical College. A total 62 lateral cephalograms were included equally divided into groups: Angle’s Class I 2. Cephalometric tracing done measure maxillary central incisors. Pearson’s test independent t-test used. Results: There weak positive (r=+0.348) group, (p=0.27) moderate (r=+0.547) group (p<0.001). The mean found be greater (11.90±6.86) than (4.51±4.13) which statistically significant (39.65±8.57) (30.23±5.20) Conclusions: no crown-root groups. both

In planning orthodontic cases that include extractions as an alternative to solve the problem of negative space discrepancy, the critical decision is to determine which teeth will be extracted. Several aspects must be considered, such as periodontal health, orthodontic mechanics, functional and esthetic alterations, and treatment stability. Despite controversies, extraction of teeth to solve de...
